Walldorff Brewpub & Bistro is a family owned and operated brewpub and restaurant in the cool little city of Hastings in southwest Michigan, conveniently tucked in between Grand Rapids, Lansing, Kalamazoo and Battle Creek. They work hard to provide you great food from their kitchen, and premium hand crafted ales from their amazing head brewer Brett Hammond. At the time of this writing, their "always on tap" offerings are Bistro Blonde, Amber Waves, Bee Sting Honey Rye, State Street Stout, Hopnoxxxious IPA, and Cobain's Double Dark IPA, and their rotating seasonal selections are just as impressive.
