Great Baraboo Brewing Company is an amazing addition to the landscape of Clinton Township, and we have come back time and time again to enjoy the exciting brews that their brewmaster has carefully chosen. We love their signature beers, which include the Kings Peak Caraboo Wheat, with a 70/30 blend of barley and wheat... the Shark Tooth Bay Golden Ale, featuring two-row malted barley... Hoppy Heartland Pale Ale, with its caramel-colored appearance and floral flavor... Snake Eye Canyon Red Ale with its medium body and malty flavor... and Boston Blackstone Porter with its famous prohibition-era recipe, its dark color, and its creamy texture! Truly delicious!
